Booking:

• 3 hour minimum booking required
• Prices vary due to number of guests, location, beverages served(beer and wine only or mixed drinks) and hours needed. Any headcount over 75 guests will require more than one bartender for an additional fee.
• There is a 25% Non-Refundable Booking Fee to secure your date.

Shipping: 

• Orders are processed in 3-5 business days. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Bottles must be refrigerated upon delivery.
• If you need an order expedited please email theindulgeexperiencebar@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
• No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. All orders are final sale.
• If your order is stolen or broken, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number and order information. All orders are insured based on USPS guidelines. 
• If your order arrives and it is leaking, you must email us within 24 hrs of the delivery date with pictures. We will not replace leaking bottles after 24hrs. 

Local Pick-Up & Delivery:

• If you place order and choose pick-up during checkout but cannot make it, an invoice for shipping will be emailed to you. Once the invoice is paid we will mail your order. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days upon receipt of the invoice we will restock your order. No refunds, No exchanges, No exceptions.
• Due to the current pandemic when picking up an order please wear your mask!
